When I founded Akshay Lunkad & Associates in 2013, my vision was simple yet profound to design spaces that feel alive. Growing up in Nandurbar, I saw how architecture around me wasn’t just structure but heritage, culture, stories. That’s what I aim for in every project: a fusion of elegance and usability, of innovation and honesty.
